Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During high-volume periods (new drops, sales, restocks), processing times may extend to 3–7 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, or equivalent couriers.
Standard Shipping

Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping

Flat Rate: $15.00

Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. TDY Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, peak seasons, or factors outside our control.
3. Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number that will be emailed once your package is dispatched.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days, please contact us at reception@todayfitness.com.au
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

TDY Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery fees.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, TDY Apparel is no longer liable for:

Delayed deliveries

Lost or stolen parcels

Damage occurring in transit
If an issue occurs, we will assist you in lodging an investigation with the carrier.
6. Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item is marked as pre-order, the estimated shipping window will be displayed on the product page.
Placing a pre-order means you understand that the item will ship at a later date.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together unless otherwise stated.
7. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items shipping from different warehouses or restock batches, you may receive multiple parcels. You will receive tracking for each shipment.
8. Click & Collect (If Applicable)
If offered at checkout:

You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.

Orders must be collected within the specified timeframe.

Photo ID or order confirmation may be required upon pickup.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within Australia only.
